Science Education and the Center for Energy and Environmental Education in the College of Natural Resources at the University of Northern Iowa are offering an interdisciplinary graduate credit course specifically designed for K-12 teachers. The course is coming to Davenport in 2010!
Waste Reduction: Addressing the Overlooked “R”
Part I: Friday, January 22 (6-9 p.m.); Saturday, January 23 (8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.)
Part II: Friday, April 16 (6-9 p.m.)
Snow date: Jan 29-30
You must attend Part I and II to receive credit.
Waste Commission of Scott County will cover the registration cost for teachers in Scott County that successfully complete the course.
